PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the weatherability and abrasion resistance of a transfer printing coated metal sheet by forming an overcoat layer 5 while the bleeding of a printed pattern given by a sublimation transfer method is minimized. SOLUTION: A primer layer 6, a base paint film 2, a clear paint film 3, and the overcoat layer 5 are laminated on an underlying metal sheet 1, and a dyed layer 4 is formed by a subliming dye penetrating into the clear paint film 3. The overcoat layer 5 is formed by a quick-drying two-liquid curing urethane coating, suppressing the bleeding of the subliming dye from the dyed layer 4 during film forming. As the quick-drying two-liquid curing urethane coating, a two-liquid curing coating of an acrylic polyol and polyisocyanate is preferable. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
