PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a USB transceiver capable of accurately correcting time lag of transfer delay between a differential comparator circuit and a single ended receiver circuit for an input data signal received through a USB. SOLUTION: This transceiver comprises a driver circuit 21, the single ended receiver circuits 6, 7 which input USB data signals of two signal lines from receiving input terminals 3a, 3b, rise delay circuits 10, 13 which use such output signals as input, fall delay circuits 11, 12, AND circuits 15, 16 which use the output signal of the differential comparator circuit 5 and the output signal of each fall delay circuit 11, 12 as input, and an OR circuit 14 and a NOR circuit 17 which use the output signals of the AND circuits 15, 16 and the output signals of the rise delay circuits 10, 13 as input and corrects the signal to each output terminal 18, 19, 20 into the minimum skew.
