PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rapid and easy quantitative detection method of a specimen including a plurality of food allergenic substances. SOLUTION: This quantitative detection method comprises a process that has a step of arranging an antibody on a carrier having an optically immobilizing material capable of causing optical deformation in its surface and a step of optically deforming the optically immobilizing material by photo-irradiation and prepares the antibody immobilizing carrier, a process of bringing a test sample into contact with it, a process of bringing an antibody including an marked antibody having specificity with respect to a material to be detected into contact with it, and a detection quantitative process. Immobilization is performed by interaction in the molecular level rather than chemical interaction as an immobilizing mechanism, so that immobilization can be performed regardless of difference in surface characteristic in various kinds of antibodies. Therefore, the antibody can be immobilized at higher concentration and higher activity than those of a method of immobilizing the antibody on the carrier by hydrophobic bond or the like such as a conventional simple process ELISA method. Therefore, detection/quantitative determination of food allergenic substances contained in food can be performed rapidly and easily comparing with the conventional ELISA method.
