An electricity disc grinder is provided to obtain uniformed surface of workpiece when cutting or grinding and to remove foreign materials easily on the surface of the workpiece by placing a grinding disc in a straight line with the lower parts of a guide plate and a turning bracket. An electricity disc grinder comprises a grinding disc(20), a pair of power transfer gears(12), a mounting unit(13), a guide plate(30), a turning bracket(40), a fixing plate(50), and a depth-adjustable knob(60). The mounting unit installed on a lower part of a body unit(100) in a predetermined depth and length. The guide plate is fixed on the mounting plate by a plurality of bolts(31a) in a predetermined length and thickness. The turning bracket has the grinding disc on its lower part for the straight alignment with the lower part of the guide plate, is connected to a rotary shaft(14) and has a connection hole(41) in the middle. The fixing plate is bolted to the connection hole of the turning bracket to secure the grinding disc on the lower part of the turning bracket. The depth-adjustable knob is installed in the middle of upper front part of a body unit for controlling the depth of the grinding disc. |
