<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink-jet recording ink set, with which a high image quality image having a long term storage stability and being curable even with a low exposure energy can be formed, and an ink-jet image recording method, in which the ink set is employed. <P>SOLUTION: This ink-jet recording ink set comprises a plurality of kinds of liquids including at least a first liquid and a second liquid having compositions different from each other, wherein the first liquid includes at least one kind of cleavage type polymerization initiators, the second liquid includes a hydrogen abstraction type polymerization initiator and at least one kind of sensitizers and at least one among a plurality of kinds of the liquids includes a polymerizable compound. Further, in order to form an image, the first liquid and the second liquid are simultaneously given on a medium to be recorded or either one of the liquids is given first and then the remaining one is given so as to bring both the liquids into contact with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
