<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid monotonousness of games while reducing a load of development. <P>SOLUTION: When a first starter port 390 is won, a lottery is carried out by a first lottery means. Moreover, the second starter port 392 is provided and when the second starter port 392 is won, a lottery is carried out by the second lottery means.
