PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool by which muscles of the legs and waist are three-dimensionally trained by tension. SOLUTION: The muscle training tool comprises at least a foot rest member and a flexible member for muscle training. A foot rest part for laying feet, a flexible member attaching part for directly or indirectly attaching the flexible member, and a direction shifting part for shifting a movement direction of the flexible member are formed on the foot rest member. The flexible member is formed of some length of flexible linear, string, ribbon, rope, or chain shaped member with a flexible function by itself, and has a foot rest part formed on one side thereof for laying feet. The direction shifting part formed on the foot rest member is formed of a member with some length of a face extended in an oblique direction, any of lateral or/and vertical directions, in a state of being used.
