FIELD: mechanical engineering; oil-processing industry; gas-processing industry; production of the devices used for separation of the gas into the fractions. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the mechanical engineering, in particular, to the technology of the gas separation into the fractions and may be used in the oil-processing industry and gas-processing industry for extraction from the natural and other gases containing the hydrocarbons of the propane - butane, petrol fractions, methane, ethane. The device for the low-temperature separation of the gases into the fractions contains the separator, the compression block and the gas distributor arranged at the inlet of the device. The gas distributor is supplied, at least, with three pulsation valves, two of which are intended for provision of the cyclic pressure drop in the device. The separator is supplied, at least, with one pulsation valve. The separator and the compression block are arranged in the cylindrical body having the cover supplied with the inlet and pressure valves. The compression block is made in the form of the free piston dividing the cavity of the body into the above-the- piston cavity and the under-the-piston cavity. The separator is located in the under-the-piston cavity and is connected with the gas distributor. Usage of the invention will allow to create the more simple in the design mobile compact device for separation of the gases into the fractions at the low power consumption. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures development of the more simple in the design mobile compact device for separation of the gases into the fractions at the low power consumption. ^ 9 cl, 6 dwg |
