<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a user instantaneously of an operation error when data are not processed based on any data sheet or job sheet given to the user in a system for performing data processing by using the job sheet and the data sheet. <P>SOLUTION: In a server S, a rule holding means 55 holds a rule for preliminarily specifying the combination relation between a job command and document data, and a stocker device R reads information relating to the job command and the document data from a job sheet and a data sheet, and provides it to the server S.
