PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punch device of electronic circuit component, in which timing of exchange operation of a supply reel conducted by an operator is not regulated by the time when the last electronic circuit component is punched, the supply reel can be exchanged at any time before the last electronic circuit component is punched, and the exchange operation of the supply reel can be quickly conducted. SOLUTION: A punch part 12 is provided with a cutter unit 22 and sprockets 23 and 24 for driving tape delivery in the vicinity of the cutter unit 22. Between the sprocket 23 and cutter unit 22, a sensor 30 for detecting an electronic part 2a on a tape 1 is provided. Based on the signal, the cutter unit 22 operates. At the position of a route switching portion 20, the tape 1 of a supply reel 14A and that of a supply reel 14B are spliced at the position of a leader tape 1c of the supply reel 14A and position of a leader tape 1b of the supply reel 14B.
