PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing system and processing method for electronic forms, in which input work for an application using an electronic form is interrupted, incomplete data input till then and a password are preserved in a communication terminal and the incomplete data is called from the communication terminal by collation of the password to restart input when input work is performed again. SOLUTION: The processing system for electronic forms includes; a server which delivers at least electronic forms over a network; and the communication terminal which is connected to the network and includes a display means for calling at least an electronic form from the server to display an input picture, an input means for inputting a password and data for an application to the input picture, and a preservation means for preserving input data. Personal data of a user who inputs application data or the like can be managed by the user himself or herself, and a server-side storage area can be reduced, and furthermore, the entire system can be simplified.
