PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blurring notification device in which visibility of blurring is improved, to provide a photographic device, to provide a method of controlling these, to provide a control program, and to provide a recording medium. SOLUTION: In a photographic mode, a blurring direction and a blurring quantity are detected based on angular velocity data at an angular velocity detector (steps S1-S4). Based on the detection result, image processing for emphasizing blurring on a preview image is performed so as to display the preview image after the image processing (step S5).
