PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling method for a power transmission, which achieves a reduction in assembling time. SOLUTION: A first sheet-like covering body 31 is detachably provided to an outer peripheral surface of a driving rotary magnetic body 21 so as to cover the entire outer peripheral surface with the first covering body 31. A second sheet-like covering body 32 is detachably provided to an outer peripheral surface of a driven rotary magnetic body 22 so as to cover the entire outer peripheral surface with the second covering body 32. After that, the driving rotary magnetic body 21 and driven rotary magnetic body 22 are abutted on each other through the medium of the first covering body 31 and second covering body 32. By so doing, a relative position of the driven rotary magnetic body 22 to the driving rotary magnetic body 21 is determined. After the positioning, the first covering body 31 and second covering body 32 are detached from the outer peripheral surface of the driving rotary magnetic body 21 and that of the driven rotary magnetic body 22, respectively.
