PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-diffusing resin composition which has a high light-diffusing property and a high total light transmittance, is excellent in mechanical properties, thermal properties, electric properties and weather resistance, and is not discolored, when melt-processed or when used, and to provide a light-diffusing member using the same. SOLUTION: This light-diffusing resin composition comprising an aromatic polycarbonate resin (A), an aliphatic polyester resin (B), and fine particles (excluding mesoporous inorganic fillers) is characterized in that the fine particles (excluding the mesoporous inorganic fillers) have a weight-average diameter of 0.7 to 30μm and are contained in an amount of 0.05 to 20 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of a resin component (C) comprising 30 to 99 pts.wt. of the aromatic polycarbonate resin (A) and 1 to 70 pts.wt. of the aliphatic polyester resin (B), and at least one phosphorous compound (E) selected from the group consisting of specific phosphorous compounds is further contained in an amount of 0.001 to 1 pt.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the resin component (C).
