A sterilization device is provided to reduce the concentration of ozone by preventing ultraviolet rays of a short wavelength generated from an ultraviolet lamp from being reacted with oxygen in a case. A sterilization device is composed of a case(21) having an inner closed space(24); an ultraviolet lamp(22) installed in the case to generate ultraviolet rays of long and short wavelengths; and an optical filter(23) disposed on at least one side of the case, to reduce ozone by passing only the ultraviolet rays of a long wavelength generated from the ultraviolet lamp. The inside of the case is filled with nitrogen or inert gas, or kept in a vacuum state to prevent the ultraviolet rays of a short wavelength from being reacted with oxygen. |
