Provided are a frame type red clay tile for adhesion on wall, which forms a frame when adhered on a wall and removes offensive odor using charcoal exposed on the tile and emits fragrance according to a picture of the frame, and a method for preparing the same. The frame type red clay tile is prepared by the steps of preparing tiles together forming a pattern divided into at least 2 parts(S10); preparing a silicone mold using the pattern(S20); partially putting charcoal into the silicone mold(S30); preparing an injection admixture comprising 100 weight parts of red clay, 20 to 35 weight parts of gyps powder, 40 to 60 weight parts of water and 1 to 3 weight parts of fragrance capsules(S40); putting the injection admixture into the silicone mold and curing at room temperature for 0.5 to 1 hour(S50); and separating the cured tile from the silicone mold(S60).
