An organic electro luminescent display device is provided to form a negative profile of a separator layer pattern stably by forming an insulating layer pattern with the same material as a base unit of the separator layer pattern and extending an insulating layer pattern. An organic electro luminescent display device includes a substrate(200), an anode layer pattern, an insulating layer pattern(220), and a separator layer pattern(230). The anode layer pattern is extended in one direction on the substrate. The insulating layer pattern is formed in a lattice type at a predetermined area of the anode layer pattern and the substrate. The separator layer pattern is formed on the insulating layer pattern orthogonal to the anode layer pattern, and is not formed on the substrate except the predetermined area. |
