A sterilizing and washing device of medical instruments is provided to wash off foreign matter stuck on the surfaces of the medical instruments by using bursting power of innumerable air bubbles and to sterilize various germs by generating anion with sterilizing power through an underwater electrolyzer. A sterilizing and washing device of medical instruments is composed of an underwater electrolytic cartridge(100) generating anion with sterilizing power, residual chlorine, or mixed oxidants by electrolyzing the water; a compressed air generator(2) generating air bubbles; a power supply(6) supplying power to the underwater electrolytic cartridge and the compressed air generator; an inner pipe(711) supplying the water to the underwater electrolytic cartridge and sending the water to a water storage tank having an inner container(31), by mixing the air bubbles generated in the compressed air generator, with the water; a control unit(5) controlling the operations of the underwater electrolytic cartridge and the compressed air generator; a check valve(4) preventing the water from flowing into the compressed air generator; and a draining unit for draining the water. |
