A method and a system for optimally dispatching a plurality of vehicles are provided to reduce a total transport expense by minimizing a delivery distance of the vehicles, decreasing an empty rate through increasing of a loading rate per vehicle, and minimizing the number of dispatched vehicles. Each client terminal(300) inputs order information and each transporter terminal(400) provides available vehicle information. A dispatch optimization server(200) includes a transport range database, an order information database, an available vehicle information database, and a dispatch information database, and optimally dispatches the vehicles based on the received order and available vehicle information by using an automatic optimal dispatch solution.
