<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new age snack bean confectionery easily acceptable to a consumer class of conventional bean confectionery through taking over a Japanese bean confectionery tradition and also to a child/young class because of its new revolutionary taste. <P>SOLUTION: The snack bean confectionery has a coating layer having potato powder and arranged on the circumference of nuts.
