<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide separated liquid seasoning containing hyaluronic acid or its salt, and prevented from such a phenomenon that addition of hyaluronic acid or its salt to separated liquid seasoning sometimes gelatinizes the whole of a water phase part with age so as to sufficiently facilitate temporary emulsification of edible oil and fat in the water phase part and an oil phase part when used. <P>SOLUTION: The separated liquid seasoning contains hyaluronic acid or its salt, and organic acid salt. Simultaneous use of both the organic acid salt and the hyaluronic acid or its salt results in preventing the gelatinization phenomenon derived from the hyaluronic acid or its salt. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
