CONGESTION PREDICTION SYSTEM, CONGESTION PREDICTION SERVER, CONGESTION PREDICTION METHOD AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hourly predict how many persons visit at the date of an event so as to be useful for personnel distribution of additional temporary staff in a congestion predicted time and reduction in staff in a non-congested time.

SOLUTION: A plurality of restaurant agent terminals (10) transmit customer information to a server (20) as an ordering terminal at receiving an order. An event holder terminal (30) transmits holding information to the server (20) upon determination of the date of the event. The server (20) accumulates past event holding history information and restaurant customer information, and predicts an event scheduled to be held and how much the restaurant agent terminals (10) located around it are congested by data analysis. The respective predicted results are listed and transmitted to the event holder terminal (30) and the restaurant terminal (10).
