PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a liquid to be stably discharged by preventing the degradation of liquid quality due to the cohesion and precipitation of particles in the liquid. SOLUTION: A liquid delivery apparatus comprises a liquid delivery head 50 with a nozzle 51 for discharging the liquid in the downward state, a turning means (gears 44 and 45, and motor 47) for switching the state of a nozzle 51 facing downward and the state of the nozzle 51 facing upward by turning the liquid delivery head 50 and a cap 63 for sealing the nozzle 51 in the state of the nozzle 51 of the liquid delivery head 50 facing upward.
