PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent short-circuit between anode wiring through a metal film for forming a cathode wiring. SOLUTION: In forming a barrier rib 7, barrier ribs 71 are to be formed at a part beyond the proper barrier rib 7 at an outermost side in a metal deposition range (a metal film) 4. The barrier ribs 71 on a ground plan are arranged latitudinally (parallel with a latitudinal direction of the barrier rib 7) and longitudinally (vertical to a latitudinal direction of the barrier rib 7) in a lattice shape. Then, an interval of the lattice is set so that two or less anode wiring 1 are to be contained inside each lattice formed by the barrier ribs 71.
