PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow suppressing snoring sound by allowing a user to naturally turn the head sideways in sleeping, and preventing the sprained neck caused by the twisting of the neck part due to the height difference between the crosswise central part as viewed from above and both right/left sides. SOLUTION: The crosswise central part viewed from the plane is composed of a cushion material being narrower than the lateral width of the head part and relatively hard, and the both right/left sides are composed of a relatively soft cushion material and formed into a same height to that of the central part.
