摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flywheel with a damper mechanism for effectively absorbing vibration in the axial and radial directions of a shaft mounted on a base via a bearing, and to provide a control moment gyroscope. SOLUTION: The flywheel having a housing storing a rotating mass comprises a holder provided between the base and the bearing. Viscose fluid is laid between a shielding plate at the end of a bearing cartridge and an isolating plate of the base and viscose fluid and an O-ring are laid between the outer peripheral face of the bearing cartridge and the inner face of the holder. In this case, vibration in the axial direction of the shaft is absorbed by the viscose fluid laid between the outer peripheral face of the bearing cartridge and the inner face of the holder and between the isolating plate of the base and the shielding plate of the bearing cartridge, and vibration in the radial direction of the shaft is absorbed by the elasticity of the O-ring and the squeezed film damping effect of the viscose fluid.
