The problem to be solved is that it is impossible to clean blinds from the outward-facing side thereof. The present blind cleaner is permanently mounted at the top of the blind on the outer side thereof and along the entire length thereof so that when the blind is raised or lowered it is swept by a special brush having three functions and made of three different materials, namely a first dust-retaining layer, a second portion containing a fluid flow system similar to the human blood circulation system, and a special material layer operative to moisten the blind, wherein liquid is supplied thereto by means of an injection, and the third layer simultaneously dries and cleans the blind as it moves. The more the blind is used the cleaner it will be. The present invention is mainly suitable for use in both newly built and existing buildings.
