A display device is provided to prevent permeation of moisture into a contact part of a gate driving unit by forming an organic pattern, thereby preventing corrosion due to the moisture. A display panel is formed of a display area and peripheral areas covering the display area. A plurality of signal lines are formed at the display area. A circuit part(CA) has a driving circuit formed at the peripheral areas for outputting a driving signal to the signal lines. A line part(LA) includes a first voltage line formed at the peripheral area adjacent to the circuit part for receiving a control signal from the outside for generating the driving signal, and a second voltage line formed at a layer different from the first voltage line for transmitting the control signal to the circuit part. Contact parts(CE1,CE2,CE3) electrically connect the first voltage line with the second voltage line. A protective member is formed corresponding to the contact parts to cover the contact parts. |
