DRAWING MANUFATURING METHOD FOR STEEL MATERIAL

A ferrous metal workpiece drawing method that simplifies a drawing process, reduces manufacturing cost and improves productivity is provided. A method for drawing a ferrous metal workpiece comprises the steps of: preparing a ferrous metal workpiece; processing an end of the workpiece correspondingly to an input part of a drawing die; worm heating the workpiece at a recrystallization temperature of the workpiece or less; inputting the worm heated workpiece into the drawing die, drawing the workpiece from the drawing die, and annealing the drawn workpiece; and cutting the drawn workpiece to a predetermined length, wherein the method further comprises the step of correcting the drawn workpiece to straighten the drawn workpiece.
