A device for vaginal hysterectomy is provided to increase a moving range of a blade inside an abdominal cavity by protruding a stopper unit from only one side of a main body of the device. A device for vaginal hysterectomy includes a main body(10), a blade pipe, and a guide pipe. The main body includes a stopper unit(14) and a cover unit(12). The main bodies of the device, the blade pipe, and the guide pipe have diameters between 25 and 35mm. A distance between the stopper unit and the cover unit is smaller than the diameter. The stopper unit includes a case, a push portion, a compression coil spring, first and second body portions, and a gear portion. A sum of a width of a head portion of the first body and a width of a saw-teeth portion of the second body is smaller than a width of the case. The gear portion includes a first gear, which is engaged with a saw-teeth portion of the first body, and a second gear, which is engaged with the saw-teeth portion of the second body.
