PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forefront part structure for a railway rolling stock for accurately joining framework blocks with each other by suppressing generation of local heat distortion and deformation and manufacturing a good-looking forefront part for the railway rolling stock. SOLUTION: In this structure, a framework of a forefront part body structure for the railway rolling stock is formed by welding a plurality of framework blocks 24 formed by welding intersection parts 23 of a plurality of peripheral direction frame members 21 and a plurality of longitudinal direction frame members 22 by butting outer end faces of each of the framework blocks 24 against each other. A cutting margin 27 for cutting distortion generated at the time of welding the peripheral direction frame members 21 and the longitudinal direction frame members 22 is projectingly provided on each of the outer end faces of the framework blocks 24.
