PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable flag in which a take-up shaft can be moved smoothly with respect to a cylindrical body. SOLUTION: The portable flag is equipped with; a cylindrical body 15; a roughly column-shaped supporting member 14 which is arranged movably in the interior of the cylindrical body 15; a take-up shaft 12 to whose upper part one end of a flag body 11 is fixed and whose lower end is fixed to the supporting member 14; an O-ring 10 which is mounted on the outer peripheral part of the supporting member 14; an upper cover 13 which is arranged on the upper end of the take-up shaft 12; and a lower cover 16 which is arranged on the lower end of the cylindrical body 15.
