NONOPTICAL READING FOR TEST AREA

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alternative method and system capable of reading out an assay fine piece by a nonoptical method. SOLUTION: A test area 21 is read out in one embodiment, as follows: A bonding substance 32 is exposed to a sample. The bonding substance 32 forms either of an electrically detectable bonding substance or a magnetically detectable bonding substance, when bonded to at least one specimen 31 in the sample. The bonding substance is captured within the test area 21. A test is carried out as to the bonding substance captured within the test area 21, to detect the specimen 31 in the sample.
