A printed circuit board is provided to effectively block an electromagnetic wave by arranging coupling agents at both sides of signal lines separately and consecutively and coupling a cover unit with a substrate body. In a printed circuit board(20) including a substrate body(30), a signal line(31) is formed on a surface of the substrate body(30) to be exposed outside. A cover unit(40) coupled with the substrate body(30) covers the signal line(31). An electronic part is mounted on a surface of the cover unit(40). The signal line(31) transmits a high frequency signal.
