The system has retaining sections (3, 4) with retaining units supported between functional positions, where one position is characterized by a carrying function for pallets. Another position is characterized by a rotation of the units based on a vertical movement of pallets from one section into the other section and is obtained by force on the retaining units. The latter position is reset into former position after passing the units. An independent claim is also included for a method for providing components and devices in kanban-method with a pallet hub system.
