PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaping method of a fiber reinforced resin composite material capable of reducing a manufacturing cost, preventing generation of a crease and waviness and enhancing a quality. SOLUTION: The method comprises preliminarily making a sheet-like prepreg by impregnating a reinforced fiber fabric of a reinforcing fiber with a thermosetting resin, laminating a necessary number of the prepregs on a flat surface formed on a shaping jig, heating and thermosetting the laminate, and further re-heating and re-thermosetting the laminate while incurvating the laminate into a desired shape.
