PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent element which enables low voltage driving and is excellent in emission efficiency and durability. SOLUTION: The element comprises a compound expressed by a general formula (1). Here, R<SB>1</SB>to R<SB>29</SB>in the general formula (1) independently express hydrogen atom or substituted group.
