PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flux transfer apparatus capable of uniformly transferring flux of fixed thickness to an electrode of an electronic component even if a flux transfer apparatus installing surface is inclined. SOLUTION: A swinging means is provided for swinging a rotary shaft 30 of a flux pool 11 (rotary table 10), and the rotary shaft 30 is swung to horizontally put out the flux pool 11 and a squeegee 20 installed on an installing surface M. The swinging means comprises a swing bearing 40 for holding the rotary shaft 30 of the flux pool 11 so that the rotary shaft can freely swing; a swing substrate 50 fixed on the rotary shaft 30; a mount 70 with the swing bearing 40 fixed thereon; and first and second jacks 51 and 52 of which the height is adjustable, for supporting the swing substrate 50 at three points on the mount 70 together with the rotary shaft 30.
