PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processor capable of preventing signal processing delay, thereby performing an efficient signal processing. SOLUTION: The signal processor performs signal processing consisting of a plurality of signal processing unit elements through software. A circuit is constituted by connecting a plurality of signal processing modules processing the signal processing unit elements through the software respectively and its circuit constitution information is held and managed by a circuit constitution information storage management part. A signal processing order determining means makes an initial route search and a loop search and determines the signal processing order of the plurality of signal processing modules stored in the circuit constitution information storage management part so that signal module groups constituting a loop are localized in terms of the signal processing order and put together.
