PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjuster device not forming a through hole for communication between the inside and outside of a storage chamber, in a bottom wall of a box body of a storage. SOLUTION: The adjuster device 5 is provided with a turning member 13 turnably provided within the bottom wall 2A of the heat insulating box body constituting a floor face of the storage chamber 3 in a low temperature storage comprising the storage chamber 3 in the heat insulating box body, and an adjuster bolt 8 projected downward from the heat insulating box body. The turning member 13 is engaged with the adjuster bolt 8, and the upper face of the turning member 13 is exposed to the floor face of the storage chamber 3.
