PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label printer suitable for laminating a side opposite to a printed side of a label sheet on a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer side of a label in a facing manner, and affixing the label sheet while concealing information printed thereon. SOLUTION: The label printer is equipped with a first rolled web M1 with a label L1 temporarily attached to a peelable sheet S, a printing means 12 to perform the printing on the label L1 and a second label rolled web L2 while delivering the second rolled web M2 having no pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, a peeling means 13 to peel the label L1 from the peelable sheet S, first and second holding means 15 and 16 to hold the label sheet L2 formed via a cutting means 14, and a laminating means 17 to laminate a side opposite to a printed side of the label sheet L2 on the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer side of the label L1 in a facing manner. The label L1 with the label sheet L2 laminated thereon is affixed to a body W to be stuck so that the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is exposed to the entire outer peripheral area of the label sheet L2 in a closed loop manner.
