<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell for a fuel cell and its manufacturing method shortening the manufacturing time of a unit cell by simplifying a sealing process of two separators and also shortening the manufacturing time of the fuel cell, to provide a pair of separators and its manufacturing method, and to provide the fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: The cell 100 for the fuel cell has connecting members 40c, 40d having a hinge structure formed by electrically insulating and joining tongue-shaped bodies 28a, 28b, 28c, 28d of a second separator 20 and tongue-shaped bodies 118e, 18f of a first separator 10 through insulating pins r44c, 44d. A sealing material is placed on the peripheral parts of the first and second separators 10, 20, an MEA 30 is interposed between positions corresponding to recesses 16, 26 between the first separator 10 and the second separator, and hooks 42a, 42b of the connecting members 40a, 40b having hinge structure using the insulating hinges 44a, 44b of the first separator 10 as an axis are engaged with grooves 50a, 50b on the back of the second separator 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
