<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reusing gelatin residual material wasted when producing capsules. <P>SOLUTION: The method for reusing gelatin residual material comprises adding at least one kind additive selected from the group comprising nutritional supplement, health food and medicament to gelatin; producing capsules using the thus obtained gelatin, and utilizing the residual material after production of the capsules as nutritional supplement, health food and medicament. The method enables effective utilization of the surplus gelatine comprising valuable amino acid source obtained after producing the capsules or the like without being wasted. According to the method, the additive is added at a stage before using wrapping material, or preferably a stage of gelatin solution so as to inexpensively prepare the nutritional supplement, the health food or the medicament each having uniform composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
