PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for sticking a disk wherein disk handling work and sticking device maintenance are easy, and sticking work efficiency is high. SOLUTION: In the device and the method for sticking a disk, a recording side substrate having a recording layer and a transparent substrate are stuck to each other, wherein a carrying means for carrying a disk, and an ultraviolet light source for irradiating an ultraviolet curable resin supplied between the recording side substrate and the transparent substrate with an ultraviolet ray are included, and the ultraviolet light source is disposed below the carrying means so as to irradiate the surface of the transparent substrate with the ultraviolet ray.
