PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a locking/unlocking member formed on the rear surface side of a lock case and opening and closing a door relative to a main body case by interlocking with an operation handle from being easily broken and unlawfully operated. SOLUTION: A shielding plate 38 is arranged between a rear surface of a fitting recess part 19 to which a grasping part 32 of the operation handle 31 is fitted and a rotation control cam 26 and an operation cam 27 which are integrally rotated with a rotation cylinder 24.
