PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily set a backing gradient, even when requiring waterproofing of an exposure required for taking a gradient toward a plurality of drain ports without arranging a side ditch and a complicated surface constitution such as a factory floor of a meeting place form of taking a gradient toward a plurality of meeting places. SOLUTION: When attaching a drain gradient to a floor surface, by using a first tool 4 formed by arranging hooks 6 on both ends of an elastically expandable wire rod 5 and a height adjustable second tool 7 having a locking part 8 to the first tool, the first tool is extended over a floor backing or a floor form so that the wire rod becomes a triangular shape in a plan view with a position for desirably introducing waste water as the apex A, and the wire rod is inclined so that the residual two apexes B and C become higher than the apex A by a height adjustment of the second tool, and a triangular floor surface part surrounded by the wire rod is flatly constructed up to a level of the wire rod.
