PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zipper sticking device of a bag-manufacturing/filling/packaging machine which is capable of preventing cutting waste from mixing into the bag with the zipper, and manufacturing the bag with the high-quality zipper. SOLUTION: The zipper sticking device is equipped with an uprising path part 12a which is provided on a web path 12, and leads a film web W upward, a strip feeder 44 which cuts out the zipper G from a zipper strip and supplies to a film web W along the uprising path part 12a, and a heat sealer 112 having a heat seal bar 114 disposed across the uprising path part 12a and a bar rest 116.
