PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a predetermined sheet article such as a label or the like capable of being easily and certainly attached to a predetermined target but easily detached, not staining the surface of the target with a bonding agent after detachment and capable of being attached to a target improper to bond using the bonding agent. SOLUTION: In this cutter having a cutting function for cutting only the peel tape 34 of a printing tape obtained by laminating a base material tape 34, a bonding layer 33 and the peel tape 34 and making the label 40 attached to a predetermined rod-shaped target, the winding region 40b wound around the outer periphery of the target along a tape predetermined direction is set while first and second superposing regions 40a and 40c, where the surfaces of the bonding layers 33 of the mutual base material tapes 32 are abutted to each other to be superposed one upon another, are set on both sides of the winding region 40b and only the peel sheet 34 is subjected to half cutting HC at the boundary of the winding region 40b with the respective superposing regions 40a and 40c in order to peel only the peel tapes 34 of the respective superposing regions 40a and 40b so as to leave the peel tape 34 of the winding region 40b.
