PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer device which is operated at higher speed. SOLUTION: In the transfer device 20, a first slide base 22 which is moved straight in the workpiece conveying direction at the set pitch and a second slide base 23 which is moved straight in the workpiece conveying direction at the pitch different from that of the first slide base, on each of which a finger 21 is mounted, are oscillated by a first lever member 77 and a second lever member 87 which are individually oscillated via individual cams. Thus, the first slide base 22 and the second slide base 23 can be moved straight at the pitches different from each other, and a plurality of workpieces can be conveyed at the different pitches by the plurality of fingers 21 provided to the slide bases 22, 23. A plurality of workpieces can be conveyed at different pitches without providing a stopper or a gear in the conventional system, or without providing any additional drive source, and the operation at higher speed can be performed.
