PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat treatment facility system reducing a communication period to each controller to perform high-speed control. SOLUTION: This heat treatment facility system is provided with a shared memory 13 storing control data of a heat treatment facility, and allowing access of various kinds of control function parts. A personal computer function CPU part 8, a recorder function part (an A/D conversion part) 10, a PLC function CPU part 7, a temperature adjustment function CPU part 15, and an upper group management system 5 independently actively access the shared memory 13 to perform transmission/reception of data, and each function part decides control operation contents on the basis of the read data to execute control operation.
